Top Talents + Hipo. Agramati neprofesionisti, cautam talente

***** Fiindca domnisoara criza i-a speriat pe romani, toti isi fac acum probleme ca angajatorii vor face o mica pauza, daca nu cumva si cateva concedieri. Si ce moment mai bun decat asta ca sa te apuci sa faci tot felul de targuri si evenimente legate de piata locurilor de munca? Dupa cei de la Ejobs si Bestjobs, s-au apucat sa-si promoveze sandramaua cei de la Hipo – High Potential. Relativ de putina vreme si cu destui banuti, cu afilieri, parteneriate, panouri pe la metrou si alte chichite. Ultima colaborare de acest gen e cu TopTalents, de care am aflat de curand prin intermediul cuiva.
***** Sa vedem descrierea de pe siteul acestora:
Ce este proiectul “Top Talents Romania” ?
Top Talents Romania este un proiect anual care isi doreste sa identifice si sa incurajeze tineri talentati care au dovedit pasiune si excelenta in domeniul pentru care se pregatesc. Proiectul se adreseaza studentilor de an terminal, masteranzilor si absolventilor de maxim 2 ani de zile.
***** Pana aici, toate bune si frumoase. Dar pentru a intermedia recrutarea unor oameni de top, indraznesc sa pornesc de la ideea ca e nevoie de oameni de top. Si nu pare sa fie cazul, daca luam numai doua chestii peste care am dat cand a invins curiozitatea si mi-am aruncat privirea peste paginile lor:
1. Daca crezi ca ai ceva de spus.
***** Pai cam am… Dar nu pot din cauza mirosului… pute a cacofonie rau de tot.
2. Fi foarte atent!
***** Sunt, sunt. Probabil si ceilalti care va viziteaza sunt, ca trebuie sa inclinam cumva balanta spre cei care stiu sa-si foloseasca propria limba. Si mai dati sfaturi de genul “Fii foarte atent”…
***** Buuun, trecand peste micile amanunte legate de agramatismul celui care a scris textele pentru TopTalents, zic sa-mi fac si eu cont pe Hipo, mai mult de curiozitate decat din convingerea ca-mi va oferi cineva un job prin intermediul lor.
***** Ei, si acum, dupa ce am completat procesul, pot spune cu mana pe inima ca e cel mai prost site din bransa. Bine, din cele pe care le-am vizitat. Or mai fi si altele care duduie, dar nu le cunosc.
***** – Nu exista campul facultate, ci doar universitate. Acesta se tranforma insa in Institutie dupa ce completezi CV-ul. Asta inseamna ca daca nu ai scris si Universitate inainte de titlul ei, nu va aparea ca atare.
***** – Nu exista specializarea “jurnalism” in ceea ce priveste studiile. Probabil nu exista multe altele, dar asta m-a interesat pe mine. Exista in schimb doua “domenii” la experienta de lucru, jurnalism si media-jurnalism. Cu ce or fi diferite n-am idee.
***** – Nu se poate preciza tipul studiilor (master, doctorat, etc.).
***** – La “Limbi straine” poti selecta pentru scris: incepator, mediu, avansat… si scris. Adica poti selecta si optiunea titlului. Un mic bug de programare, asa cum au inca o puzderie pe site, care face sa poti avea gradul scris de cunoastere la scrisul unei limbi straine.
***** In concluzie, eu daca as fi angajator, nu i-as angaja nici pe cei de la TopTalents, nici pe cei de la Hipo. Poate sunt prea rau, dar nu-mi plac produsele alterate, cu etichete fandosite si preturi ridicate.

Cu frica, ma gandesc ce greseli am facut pe http://www.talentgate.ro. 🙂 Pentru ca la un moment dat o sa te rog sa iti arunci un ochi pe website.

Cat timp e in stadiul de dezvoltare e ok sa ai greseli. Cand insa ii faci promovare masiva si il arunci pe piata nefinisat, produsu’ nu se prea poate bate cu ceea ce exista deja, in primul rand, iar in al doilea rand, daca tot ai facut o treaba aiurea cu sistemul, macar sa ai grija sa scrii corect.
